He has had numerous trials regarding a broad range of issues and industries, including bankruptcy issues, oil and gas, real estate, leases, construction, lending, contract disputes, usury, fraudulent transfers, director and officer liability, drilling, liens, insurance, trademark infringement, notes, deceptive trade practices, environmental issues, stock fraud, toxic tort, non-compete agreements, collections, nondischargeability legal and accounting malpractice, failed thrift litigation, regulatory, restrictive covenants, and other, primarily commercial, cases. Ross has handled various oil and gas and real estate transactions. Ross has served as an arbitrator of a number of business disputes. Ross is a frequent expert witness on attorneys’ fees issues.
