Henry has a diverse practice that primarily involves civil litigation and business bankruptcy. His matters concern a broad range of issues such as bankruptcy, oil and gas, contract disputes, and director and officer liability.

Before joining Spence, Desenberg & Lee, Henry obtained a wide variety of experience as an insurance defense litigation attorney and as an in-house law clerk for a software and technology company in Austin, Texas.

Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where he also served as an Executive Editor for the Texas International Law Journal and as a Staff Editor for The Review of Litigation.
